DNIWEbot 2.25 not working

Alright so DNIWEbot 2.25 is not working for me, I've tried doing a fresh install and everything but I just get this when I try to start it "DNIWEbot: Запуск
DNIWEbot: В этой версии бота САУ не доступна
DNIWEbot: Остановка"

I get the same thing when I try the fix here: http://forum.warpack.net/index.php?topic=865.0
I really want to get this working as it was a big part of why I bought the key. Thanks for any help!
