WP inj.error - conflict with wmp

Problem started a few days ago:

When i turn off game, you can still hear sound (enviroment) of the garage from game, that mean game is still running (but no sign of wot or wp running in task manager).
When you try to run WP it says injection error.
When you shut process of wmpnetwk.exe in task manager, sound stops and you are free to run WP and game again.
Question is how or why Windows media player conflict with WOT/WP if i dont use WMP at all (i hate it xD).

as i said it started few days ago probably after some WP update.

I have the same problems except there isnt any running exes in the task manager that you have, and as soon I go in to taskmanager and closes it sounds dissapears. There is some silly residue left from WoT or DirectX...
