Explain what the DNIWEbot does

This may seem a bit dumb but with just two of you speaking English it is still kind of a stupid excuse for not at least bringing this bot out in the second most common language in the world as well.  Now back to my question what in the heck does this bot do, what is its purpose? Please don't come back with sorry I don't understand, cause Sherman pulls that all the time. Really guys help us understand this, otherwise it is gun fodder.

Its a freebie (not made by these guys) and if used could get your account banned.

Having said that, its a bot. It sits there, detects targets, moves and attempts to shoot. I assume its used just to allow people to play all day and hopefully win a few games and collect XP without actually having to play.
