Unable to renew key with Paypal

Please check into and get back to me.  My key expires very soon.  A week I believe.

I can't pay with paypal either, I have the same error.

yeah, I don't know whats going on... cannot get any of the admins to comment on the issue... seems rather fishy we can't renew our subscriptions during their promotion.

It's great, now we have "licensed key expired or blocked" simply because these guys can't get their act together at paypal. Unreal!

I only have a few days left on mine too... If they don't get this sorted I won't be able to renew.

I spoke with Paypal customer service and they say it has to do with country that this vendor is based in.  They blame it on Russian government having rules not letting this vendor receive too much $$ from international transactions.  Thus, issue is on vendor side.  I have had other issues few months ago sending to buy things from cardplace.ru  with paypal.  They told me to request invoice from vendor and try paying that way.  Yet no guarantees that will work.   

My own theory is it has to do with economic sanctions against Russia.  I blame OBAMA!!!  OBAMA ruin my fun.  BASTARD!

I love Dodge RAM, but unfortunately I can not afford it due to high customs taxes, and is content with another model Dodge, I prolong your key for two months. Let at least one of us will be happy.

Thank you much appreciated.  This is very generous of you.  Cardplace had to set up payment for me to send to different email.  That seemed to work.  You must get paid to pay bills and earn a living too.  I dont want to cheat you.   So when this is fixed I will gladly give you back pay.  I consider this temporary fix until payment issue is resolved.
