Problems with the key from your offical reseller - no reaction from him

Good morning,
until a few days ago in this forum was a pinned thread for contact with your offical reseller to buy a key by paypal. I have done this 3 times, but with the 3rd key I got problems. I bought it on 05. July and tried to activate on the 12th. But I got the "Limit Exceeded users" error. I contact your reseller, but he could not help me. Your admin unbounded the key on the 13th, but when i logged on there are only 21 days left in the account. So I think your reseller sold the key twice. I contacted him and he said he will add the missing days, but nothing happen and sine one week he did not answer. Now I see that you have deleted the thread from your forum. What is happened? Can you help me to get the missing 10 days back or are there gone?
