i have no firewall or antivirus windows firewall is off, clean install of WOT and zero mods installed , so now what??  just sits on waiting for authorization

I have a question .... is there  by chance  a mode  were you actually see the hit boxes  inside each tank Gunner, radio man ... amo rak  etc etc ..  ... not outside  like the old ones you can  get  .. they are not working .. 
i know rng makes that call  if or if not,  the box have been hit ... i just wondered  if there is something like it,.

I cant read anything in this forum .. its all in russian  even when i click chose language English .. its still all in Russian
how em i suppose buy or install  or even get to where i want to read stuff in English ..

my profil is set to  english as well

problem number 1 .. i cant log in on war pack site ... do i need to pay to get in or what is the issue
problem number 2  where is the war pack download located .
problem number 3  is there anything of how to install this  in english
