Is there a way to enable/disable certain features in the mod? like auto repair/medkit?

Yes untick them in the menu drop down

where is the menu, don't see it in hangar

when in hanger  should be in the top left hand corner?

I have a question .... is there  by chance  a mode  were you actually see the hit boxes  inside each tank Gunner, radio man ... amo rak  etc etc ..  ... not outside  like the old ones you can  get  .. they are not working .. 
i know rng makes that call  if or if not,  the box have been hit ... i just wondered  if there is something like it,.
