Yes you appear correct BUT I have just paid and had the $12 deducted from my cc BUT Warpack tells me that the code is no longer used .............grrrrrrrrrrrrrrr...theis is realypoorer - WARPACK please advise as you now have my $$ but I still have no current key...

Cmon Sherman - finally you accept this is not on our end - as I requested a week ago - please send me a paypal request direct and lets see if that works - you are at risk of losing many loyal customers !!!!

Paypal observed my account when I again tried to make payment - including getting me again to clear cache and cookies - they confirmed that the issue is not on my account , but is on your end ...I asked the representative to send me an email to confirm our conversation :-

I am not 'refusing' to clear cookies etc - it does not make any difference ! I have contacted Paypal, who advise the issue is the way that you have your Paypal system set up...

Great customer service ! I have used Google , I have tried all ways to fix this - with respect your isssues are with Paypal , not with me.....obviously you dont care to keep a customer who has paid for 2 years and cannot even be bothered to try and help by sending either a direct payment request AND not even prolongating my account for a few days while you try and figure this out.....very surprised and dissappointed ...you will obviously have more of these issues occuring but will lose many customers in the meantime

Or advise re the address for me to try and send a payment - please try and think creatively on how we can fix this ....this is really bad for a well established customer - and AGAIn I ask you to prologate / extend my account for a few days until you resolve this !

Because nothing else is working and there may be a way to make this work if you are originating a payment request to me ....I am trying to work with you here ....please lets try this as its easy to do and may work...

We have tried :-

1. Two different Paypal accounts
2. Different web browsers
3. Different Credit Cards
4. Different Computers
5. Clearing cache
6. Asking for a new key rather than prologating
