WOT aiming in close

Why when using WOT WP does the gun not stay on the target when 'nose to nose' with an enemy?  Even when they are a tank length away, the gun aims away from the target and will NOT aim at the target.

Also, the mod does not hit half of what it is aiming at.  I would use a different one, but I dont read Russian so I cant configure the mod the way I want it.   How about reading the comments and maybe advising the creator that a fix is required
