Explanation about Achille and Vanga

I don't really understand what Achille and vanga are really doing. Could someone explain me that please ?
What is acchille doing ?
What is vanga doing ?
Are they working together ? Do we have to choice between them ?

Both are aimbots.
An aimbot searches weak armored parts of your opponent, as long as the enemy doesn´t move. If it moves, the imbot at least calculates the enemy´s speed when you aim it during movement and tries to pre-aim it.
Vanga very reliable, Achilles still in developer mode afaik.

ok so, what should i use when the other tanks are moving?? and what should i use then the other tanks are not moving?

id be interested in a in-depth explanation on the setup and how to use it to. sometimes it seems to work other times it seems to be well off. like not even aiming at the target, that is with vanga
