9.7 update

Got the Warpack update for 9.7.  WoT updated. Tried to run, via warpack link (of course), but as it starts to load "pops" out to desktop and will not run.  Looked for any answers, but cant find.  A redirect to solution if it is here  (I do apologize).  Need advice to get this to work.

Having the same issue, every time I launch WarPack it just kicks back out to desktop.

I was having the same issue also.

I uninstalled everything WoT related(OMC ModPack, Warpack, WoT) and installed a fresh WoT Client. The game ran fine, so downloaded and installed Warpack, then ran it. Everything worked.

Then I ran into issues after trying to add my mods back, OMC seems to cause the conflict for me. So, if you can get by without mods until they sort out the problem, that might be your only option.

Yes thats exactly what it is... For whatever reason its not allowing it to run with any other mods... As soon as I clear my res_mod folder out I can use WarPack fine... but otherwise using nearly anything just crashes warpack.

Anyone know if this is being looked at or fixed? An update would be great.  Like some time soon, not days from now.

if you have a shutdown game while loading login screen:
1 - remove folder World_of_Tanks\res_mods\0.9.7\scripts\client\wgstream - if it's present
remove all files ended on "_extended.pyc". for example in folder World_of_Tanks\res_mods\0.9.7\scripts\client\mods\ crew_extended.pyc,DirIndicator_extended.pyc,spotted_extended.pyc,vehicle_exp_extended.pyc,armoring_extended.pyc and so on.
if after that game shutdown - reinstall it and use "1"

Or you may first run the game and after login to hangar - run warpack and press button to start the game from warpack

The only problem I have been having is Warpack is taking a long time to load now. 3-5 minutes. It was doing this the day before the WOT update. WOT's loads up fine but the window that says "waiting for authorization from wot" stays up until warpack finally loads, which takes 3-5 minutes now. Could be the mods like you were saying. Time will tell I guess.

Are you run warpack after game start? Are you reinstall the game?
