Warpack ver 0.8.9 #360 in USA: Please wait, authorization

I have tried everything that I can find on this forum.  I still get "Please wait, authorization".  I have tried uninstall/reinstall, checked the key, everything.  Maybe it doesn't work in the USA.  Very frustrating! 

If it doesn't work should I just file a refund request for Paypal?

When you see the waiting authorisation at the bottom of the screen do you not see 2 wot icons 1 behind each other. you should click on the second one this then opens up the connect screen in wot.
