At the beginning of each battle start I see an area that says: Loaded Vehicles and then I see a list of vehicles. (Now I have asked this before but never got an explanation). What is this information?

it's from achilles mod - just for information. some new vehicles in battle may not beloaded and achilles mod can't lock them

"achilles mod can't lock them"    meaning what exactly. I thought that it was to alert the tank which other tanks have WP also

It mean the tanks shown are the tanks that achilles has the weakspots logged in the system if a tank is not in the list then you don't have the weakspot in the achilles system for that tank.
