On the same PC, if I re-install Windows 7 will this cause a problem?

Every few months, I re-install my Windows just because I have done this for 10+ years now.  It makes sure things will run smooth.

So, my question is, will this cause a problem?  It is the same motherboard, so the MAC address of the network adapter will be the same (not that it can't be changed in software).

I was just wondering, will I have any issues with Warpack and DNIwebot if I do this?  I have to renew my key next week, so if it is easier I can just wait until renewal time before I reload Windows.  Also, I have Windows 8, and I will be going back to Windows 7 (both 64 bit).

You can reinstall Windows as your heart's content. To WarPack and DNIWEbot it does not affect
