But how do I purchase war pack? Am I missing something here? I looked at sticky's and main site and can't find anything on how to get it.

Obviously you have made an account, now under the main page it says "Buy Key", then choose your payment choice and time element you want to purchase. The once you have the "key", download the Warpack for WoT file and save it in a directory file. You can also download the manual, although that will need some translation. "WarPack_user_manual.pdf". Install the WarPack file. you can load the WP from the desktop icon or load the WP after the WOT's is loaded. your choice. Do not forget to put in your key. Then you are good to go.
