Warpack problems

I have a problem with war pack. When i started wt by warpack and login on my acc wot got freez for more than before, after a few moments i got DC from wot server and i try loing angain. After another freeze i fellt like my wot is slowed. When i start the battle i loading mmore than 30 sec and even if i get to the battle i have 10-16 fps  idk. I checked every thing(uninstall other mords,i chose priority for real time, compatybility with win xp,  win7, win 8 , win 8.1, reinstall, run as admin...) and it is a problem with warpack.

setup teamviewer. run it and send ID and password from it t my messages. i can connect and see - why it's happenned
