Support - Program Not Loading

I am stuck at the "waiting for authorization" screen.
It was working just fine earlier then after dinner it stopped working.
Not running Firewall or AntiVirus.
The key is the same as I have used and  I have over a month left on it.
I did run a tracert -and though there was no packet loss I have included the last 8 hops for you to see

as you can see once it starts to hit telia.net there is a substantial spike in ms ping times.

What can I do to get the program up an running again?
