Several aiming mods are having problems in 9.7 - it's a known issue

If you have additional sighting mods, such as a Jimbo's, Kriegstreiber's, Melty's, Harpoon, or Damocles... and others... obtain 9.7 versions and try again.

Meltys mathmod removes achilles as an option

and locostans hd minimaps 9.7  blocks the whole thins .. does not run

it used to be there on 9.6 
but now as it loads the new pack for 9.7
its not an option

Mine has it - last item on the list "aim on vulnerabilities and tank modules" is Achilles.
