taffytime I got it to work. When it takes you to paypal dont login with your paypal account and use a credit card thats not on file with paypal.

So your saying paypal will no longer work for us? I tried some of the others but some want me to take a picture or my credit card and passport in my hand to set up a account. No way am I doing that. Ill look around for other ways to send money but the hard part is going from USA to Russia.

Sherman thanks for help so far. I have used the same account every time I have placed the order with you guys, and yes its a business account. Im in the USA as well.

Sherman do you think paypal is blocking payments form some countries going to you guys? Did they say why mine is getting blocked and saying its a high risk transaction?

Ok sorry about all the post but I just talked to Paypal. They say the 12.00 is not going through because its a high risk transaction. I told them I have made payments to you guys before and they said its a high risk now and it doesn't tell them why. So its not our PC's its Paypal blocking it. You guys might want to call them and ask why its being blocked.

So this is what I have done so far. I made a new warpack account and now I can get in to my paypal account but only from my cell phone. But now when I select where the money is to come from and click Pay I get this

This payment cannot be completed and your account has not been charged. Please contact your merchant for more information.

I have tried my paypal balance and tried taking it from my back account. I will call paypal tomorrow.

Its on your end Sherman, I have had this problem for a few days now and still cant get it to work. I used both IE and chrome on 3 devices and still get the same message as taffytime.
