My issue has still not been solved, that link you provided me did not help at all since there is no option to unbind the key, there is only a small grey button that says bind that i can not do anything with. My only resolution is you sold me an expired key, I'd appreciate it if you could message me with a functional key or provide me with a refund.

As you can see from the screen shot that guide you linked is no help at all. I have one grey button that I can not do anything with. When I try to use Warpack it tells me I need to unbind it, when clearly the key is not bound.

first - try this key. it's a not expired. it's not activated yet

Where is the activation? There's no English manual or instructions anywhere. I've tried running the executable several times.
