There's no 'best settings'. Chose what you need. As far as the auto-aim goes (most settings-related questions are about it), the default settings work pretty well, but how high you can set the refresh rate (and how well auto-aim does) depends on the quality of your connection, the capabilities of your computer and the quality of servers on WG's side.
