press the E button whilst ingame.... this gives you arty view if your a tank, or zoom in view if you are in a SPG.

Also you can change hotkey to you need key in warpack settings!
I have seen in arty view when an enemy tank is outside drawing range only a green circle is displayed. Is that true?
Yes, if the enemy is out of sight. But you can shoot in green circle and if you are lucky even to hit him! ;)

Green circle - this is the last place to be lighted, it indicates more or less accurately, the red square - the approximate location where the shot Artillery, worth watching over the place for a while until the next shot. Red circle - the exact location of enemy guns closure Artillery.
