i downloadet from the russian link for eu server . the translation dont works for it but warpack works good

0.8.7 version of the tool is released but not translated yet. The only differences between both tools (0.8.5.8) are :
- you now have a reload timer for everyone, appearing under the player name, for enemies and allies. You can configure its position and fashion but language problem is the only place where it will be a problem. It is working OK but do not take into account the actual capabilites of tank (rammer or not), crew and of course, damaged modules
- you have the ability to configure the tool within the game. Not sure it is a great improvement and not even sure I want it but here it is
- you can configure some stuff from there, in the garage, like key mapping for example.
The other tool is still working.
The "stable and downloadable from web site" version of the tool is the translated one. I use the new one since you can figure what are the options by deslecting and reselecting them, a quick message in english appears when you do so, so you know what are those options.
This is more than enought if you ask me.
