only works on 1 account as well so if you tried to log into an alt account it wont work

What do you mean nothing? Did you paid for renewing and it still says "key expired" ?
And make sure you didn't bought another key accidentally. Instead of renewing your existing one.
Did prolonget, still says: Valid until ---
What to do?

its my third time i buy warpack and it is working all the time fine.
