1. Disable the firewall.

2. Disable or remove the antivirus program

3. Check the correctness of the key

4. Make sure that you specify the path to the .exe file for the game, and not to the folder of the game

5. In the start menu (Start) Select "run ..." , type the command cmd.exe and click Ok.

In the command prompt, run the command tracert warpack.net
and look where is packet loss.
